SECURITY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD
Please ensure when you place an order that the invoice address is the same address as the credit card is registered to. If the details are not correct, the order will be delayed until the details match.
Our shipping charges are calculated by country and total order value.
Please note that we only ship Statues by courier:

COURIER
The Courier will try twice to deliver, leaving a card notifying you. A third attempt will incur extra costs to us, which will be passed on to you the customer.
The delivery address given at the time of ordering is the only address that will be used. Should you wish to change this, contact us with the new address, please note that there may be an additional charge for this.
Be Aware, this service will probably incur a cost. This applies if the wrong Post Code is given.

Value under £10.00 - Postage = £2.00
Value £10 to £100 - Postage = 10% of Value (Rounded down to nearest £5.00)
Please note: For heavy items i.e. books, etc… which exceed the above postage rates, we reserve the right to charge the excess postage at cost. If you have a query please ask for a quote.

20% of Total Cost

Delivery Schedule
Once we have received payment or confirmation or your payment, we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 14 days.
Once an order has been sent we have no control over delivery unless sent by Courier.
If you wish your order to be sent by Courier please let us know.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will normally be advised if goods are going to be delayed in being despatched.

Returns Policy
All goods must be returned within 14 days with the original packaging.
Please state the reason for the return and enclose a copy of your receipt together with the Order Number, you may be asked to contribute to postage and packing. Goods which have been ordered with Special Embroidery will only be exchanged if the goods are faulty. Please be sure that the size you are ordering is correct.
We regret that some items eg. earrings, etc… cannot be returned to due to hygienic reasons.
